HONG KONG (March 15, 2016). The managing director of Maverickeye (ME) Patrick Achache attends the 20th HKTDC Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART) together with Atty. Samuel Seow, a renowned lawyer from Singapore.
The two have been attending important international events since 2015, and this year’s FILMART event serves as another venue for them to discuss new copyright enforcement plans for Maverickeye and its clients, especially in Singapore and around Asia.
Samuel Seow started to be partners with Maverickeye during the Dallas Buyers Club infringement cases in Singapore last year. The lawyer owns Samuel Seow Law Corporation (SSLawCorp), a Singaporean law firm that specializes on different areas of practice, including media and entertainment law, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property law.
Patrick Achache, on the other hand, has been actively attending film festivals and other relevant events around the world in order to spread the word regarding copyright enforcement. The last film festival he attended this year was Berlinale, which took place in Berlin, Germany last February 11-21, 2016.
Together, these 2 known names in copyright enforcement will participate in FILMART’s worthwhile activities for the movie industry.
